All Riverwood & Co pieces are handcrafted to order and are considered oversized or specialty freight items. As a result, shipping costs vary depending on your location, the size of the piece, and your preferred delivery method.
How shipping works:
- Shipping is not included in the listed price of any item.
- Once your order is placed, we will contact you within 24–48 hours with a freight quote tailored to your delivery address.
- You are also welcome to arrange your own freight carrier — just let us know at the time of ordering and we'll coordinate with you directly.
- Orders are not dispatched until shipping has been confirmed and any applicable freight costs have been agreed upon.
Local pickup: Local pickup may be available depending on your location. Please contact us before ordering to discuss this option.
Delivery timeframes: As each piece is made to order, please allow additional time for production before dispatch. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
